HTRT: The Team Behind the Standard for Human Trafficking Data Exchange
The Human Trafficking Risk Template, now known as the Slavery & Trafficking Risk Template (STRT), is an open-source industry standard template used to facilitate the collection of human trafficking and slavery related data for companies and their supply chains. Behind this template is a team of dedicated experts who have contributed to developing the HTRT, now STRT, as a way for companies to collect human-trafficking related data and take action. Meet the woman and her team who developed the HTRT, now STRT. Laura championed programs, aid and education for children in developing countries. Sarah worked to improve working conditions in Bangladesh. Kate worked as an advocate and support worker for survivors of human trafficking around the world. Together they have developed a tool designed to promote awareness and risk assessment in companies around the globe. Hundreds of companies and thousands of suppliers currently use the template. Together, we can work together to eliminate human trafficking. To learn more about the STRT, or to download the template, visit the website here: https://www.socialresponsibilityalliance.org/strt/

Clinical Data Exchange Explained
In the simplest of definitions, Clinical Data Exchange is mobilization of healthcare information electronically across organizations. The ability to electronically move clinical information among disparate healthcare information systems, while maintaining the meaning of the information being exchanged, is powerful. Clinical data Exchanges enables easy access and retrieval of clinical data to provide safer and more timely, efficient, effective, and equitable patient-centered care. Applied to a group, it help public health authorities analyze and assess the health of the population. In this video, our CTO, Kevin Adams tackles key questions regarding Clinical data Exchanges. He answers to few of the basic but important questions around its importance of payers perspective “Clinical Exchange” - “Why is a clinical exchange is important?” Kevin discusses “What are the roadblocks to clinical data exchange for payers?” and also “What is the future for data integration for payers?”

Electronic Data Exchange in Marg ERP (English)
Electronic Data Exchange (EDE) is basically a process through which a corporate organisation can easily receive the data electronically from its supply network i.e. Distributors, Suppliers, Retailers, and Stockist. Generally, in every business regardless of whether large or small the business data is spread across a wide network and to get a clear access to this huge data is a big challenge. This mainly occurs due to inadequate stock visibility ultimately impacting the overall Business performance. So, in order to counter such an inadequate stock visibility, Marg ERP Software is providing standard API’s which can be easily integrated and a self-driven system. With the help of using Marg ERP Software, the supply network can easily transfer the data to their respective companies. Marg ERP Stock & Secondary Sales Visibility Solution is the ideal instrument to build up a total observable pathway across system up to the last stage. The user can send data in two ways i.e. Whole Data & Stock and Sales Analysis data. The user can define the data from Network (Point Of Supply) as per the schedule i.e. daily, weekly or monthly etc. according to the business needs. Intro to the Multi Data Exchange Solution
Struggling to comply with growing global information exchange needs? A key aspect of global cooperation between countries and tax authorities is data sharing in the fight against tax evasion. It is crucial that the technical solutions implemented by Tax Authorities to exchange data meets all requirements of the organisations imposing the new cooperation regulations, like the IRS and the OECD. The Multi Data Exchange Soltion or MDES is the only true full-service data exchange package for Tax Authorities to comply with FATCA and CRS regulations.
BIG-EU - We are BACnet
Promoting the development of the BACnet standard, enabling open data exchange and ensuring interoperability of different building automation components - these are the objectives of the BIG-EU. It is because systems that communicate with each other in a single language are far superior to isolated solutions, that we demand the prevalence of the BACnet standard in Europe. We represent European interests in the development of the norm and coordinate the European BACnet activities. The BIG-EU coordinates the European BACnet activities and globally represents the interests of the European members and countries in close co-operation with the ASHRAE, BACnet International (BI) and all existing and prospective BACnet Interest Groups. The co-operation prevents the emergence of a European BACnet dialect.

EdExchange: A proposed PESC Standard secure data exchange network for the education community
Today the state of the state with respect to the exchange of educational documents such as transcripts and financial aid applications is dependent upon a patchwork quilt of vendors providing ordering and sending services to customer educational institutions without a reliable way to deliver to customers of other vendors. Many institutions, such as the University of Phoenix (Apollo Group) feel compelled to maintain relationships with multiple vendors in order to maximize their ability to serve their students and applicants. The PESC Common Data Services task force (CDS) was given the mandate to develop EdExchange as an open data exchange network. EdExchange was accepted for incubation as an open source development effort by Apereo. Development has reached a point where the PESC CDS task force is seeking partners for a pilot deployment of the services later this year. The session will present the current state of the project as well as demonstrate the reference implementation. Towards more Security in Data Exchange
Towards more Security in Data Exchange: Defining Unparsers with Context-Aware Encoders for Context-Free Grammars Lars Hermerschmidt Presented at the 2015 LangSec Workshop at the IEEE Symposium on Security & Privacy Workshops May 21, 2015 San Jose, CA http://www.ieee-security.org/TC/SP2015/ http://spw15.langsec.org/ ABSTRACT To exchange complex data structures in distributed systems, documents written in context-free languages are exchanged among communicating parties. Unparsing these documents correctly is as important as parsing them correctly because errors during unparsing result in injection vulnerabilities such as cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection. Injection attacks are not limited to the web world. Every program that uses input to produce documents in a context-free language may be vulnerable to this class of attack. Even for widely used languages such as HTML and JavaScript, there are few approaches that prevent injection attacks by context-sensitive encoding, and those approaches are tied to the language. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to derive context-sensitive encoder from context-free grammars to provide correct unparsing of maliciously crafted input data for all context-free languages. The presented solution integrates encoder definition into context-free grammars and provides a generator for context-sensitive encoders and decoders that are used during (un)parsing. This unparsing process results in documents where the input data does neither influence the structure of the document nor change their intended semantics. By defining encoding during language definition, developers who use the language are provided with a clean interface for writing and reading documents written in that language, without the need to care about security-relevant encoding.
PIES - No matter how you slice it, it makes sense! - Technology Minute
The Product Information Exchange Standard (PIES) is the best practice for the management and exchange of product attribute information in the aftermarket industry. Following an industry standard is the first step towards data synchronization with channel partners which yields increased sales, shorter new product introduction cycles and lower operating costs through reduced order processing, invoicing and shipping errors. Standardizing product content lowers supply chain costs and contributes to increased sales and operational efficiency. PIES standardizes field definitions and requirements as well as delivery mechanism used to transfer product specific data such as pricing, interchanges, kits, digital assets, marketing content, hazmat, product attributes, etc., between all members of the supply chain. http://autocare.org/Technology/pies/
